I'd forgotten about that and am afraid that it will continue to be an issue at this location. When we were putting in The Old Rose Garden, we nicknamed the place "Vortex Hill" due to the constant wind. Working outside, it was enough to chap our faces and necks as it just never quit. Just something to remember for this spot, I guess, as there's really nothing we can do about it. The wind.
